We needed the ability to be able to create one off items in a prompt and efficient way. After reviewing the options we decided on a Fabertec M1 and we are so glad we did. The advice, ordering and delivery were all spot on. But the real bonus is the advice and help offered by Charles. He lives and breathes these machines and really wants you to succeed with it. We are training a young lad to operate the machine and the introduction Charles gave him has eased him into it in a more controlled and confident manner.
