We sincerely thank everyone who visited Fabertec at Materials & Finishes Show 2024. It was a pleasure to showcase FABERTEC products to both clients and colleagues from the manufacturing industry. Even though the show was quite small with only a few exhibiting companies we recorded 130+ new contacts and leads which may turn into sales or successful cooperation in the nearest future.
Our main goal was to meet FABERTEC existing and future Customers and present not only existing and well-established machine models but also those at the prototype and design stage. We also wanted to find out if meeting Clients in person during exhibition proves to be more effective way of promoting our brand than using traditional online marketing tools.
It was extremely motivating and joyful to confirm that Clients visiting our stand shared our enthusiasm for the quality, usability, and affordability of FABERTEC products. From the very beginning, it was obvious that we have been recognised and valued for our transparent pricing policy. All prices were clearly displayed on machines, listed in the brochures with all extras – that was a deal breaker loved by all Clients not always by competition😊
Our exhibition stand (H20) quickly turned into a social place where our Founder Charles was available to share his wide expertise, knowledge and commitment to all our products. While exchanging jokes and life stories about running family business we have established several connections that will probably lead to lifetime friendships. We are also seriously considering the option of opening the FABERTEC branch in Ireland in response to the inquiry of 35-40% of Irish customers visiting the show.
Here is our journey at MACH Exhibition: Fabertec at MACH2024 Exhibition
We have proudly presented two models of CNC routers: the M1 2030 ATC CNC Centre Router with a price starting from £14,950 nett and the M2 2030 CNC Centre Router with a nett price starting from £24,500. The highlight of the show was our edgebander samples, which captivated many customers and boosted our confidence for launching four different types of edgebanders in September. Starting from approx. £12k for a small footprint machine with pre-milling through one with 17m/min with corner rounding and pre-milling to 28m/min with 2 glue pots EVA/PUR with all the bells and whistles for approx. £35-40k. The most interesting one was a finger pull door panel edgebander, which is moulding and thermoforming edging inside, one of the 15 designs of handleless doors. Since the end of exhibition, we went overboard and already managed to add chamfering option module on the same machine. It will be in the range of approx. £45k nett.
We are the most affordable CNC suppliers in the UK with full-service support and warranty.
At this moment, we have no plans to participate in the Materials and Finishes Show in 2026. We need to assess the market, consult our clients and decide if high-cost exhibitions will be still feasible or maybe open house events in our showroom with 20 machines on display will be better return on investment.
Time will tell…
